Technical description
It is a selective inhibitor of cyclin-dependent kinases 4 and 6 (CDK4/6), indicated for the treatment of advanced or metastatic HR+/HER2- breast cancer or as adjuvant therapy for high-risk patients. It works by arresting the cell cycle in the G1 phase, thereby preventing tumor proliferation.
