Technical description
Linzagolix choline belongs to the therapeutic class of gonadotropin-releasing hormone (GnRH) receptor antagonists. It binds to GnRH receptors in the pituitary gland, blocking the action of GnRH and rapidly and dose-dependently reducing the production of estrogen and progesterone.
